Port isolation

allows you to isolate ports within the same broadcast domain. When enabled, isolated ports can forward traffic only to ports that are not isolated. Ports that are not isolated can send traffic to any port.

If your clients are connected to isolated ports and your servers are connected to ports that are not isolated, the clients would not be able to communicate between each other but would be able to communicate with the servers.
